A heavy-duty rubber repair cement and sealant.  NEOPRENE 66 ingredients include:  Synthetic rubbers, plasticizers and anti-oxidants.

BASIC USES

  • To repair and seal joints, reoccurring or critical cracks at flashings, seams, parapets, vents, outlets and seal gaps around vibrating fans, sing supports and other rooftop equipment.

  • Used on concrete, metal, wood, masonry, asphalt and mineral cement.

  • As a sealant/joint between dissimilar materials.

  • For use with all PACE roof and sidewall coatings and paints.

SUPER ROOF CEMENT

A heavy duty, all weather, plasticized, and heavily fibered roof repair cement and sealant.

BASIC USES

  • Repair and seal joints, common cracks, blisters, flashings, seams, parapets, vents, outlets, firewalls, gutters and chimneys, seal metal roof seams before coating and bridge in roofing mat

  • Emergency repair in wet or dry, hot or cold weather.

  • Repoint brick work, secure loose shingles and felt.

  • BLACK color is used with WET-JET.

  • ALUMINUM is used with SILVERLEAF, PREMIUM SILVERLEAF and L.M.S.

  • Used in 10 + 10 ROOFING SYSTEM.

An extra strength liquid elastomeric roof seam and fastener sealant.  SEAM-GUARD ingredients include:  Elastomeric resins to seal, waterproof and rustproof; non-frying oils to enhance adhesion; rust inhibitors for continual protection on metal surfaces.

  • As a reinforcement material to seal seams and fasteners on metal and asbestos roofs.

FABRON III

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

A specially bonded synthetic fiber fabric membrane with strong adhesives and can be used in combination with PACE Products when extra sectional reinforcement is useful

BASIC USES

  • Repair and reinforce large weakened or damaged areas.

  • Reinforce seams and bridge cracks on roofs, decks, balconies and terraces.

  • Reinforce flashings, parapet walls, and rooftop equipment.

  • Repair blisters and cracks.

  • This reinforcing system utilizes the existing roof as a base and it can be used in new roof construction.

PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS

  • FABRON Membrane is totally homogenous, inorganic, indestructible.   It will not rot or char.

  • There is no wicking action, like organic membranes, to attract or funnel water through or under the coating.
  • FABRON reinforces and adds strength to the coating or repair.  
  • The membrane is encapsulated between two layers of the coating and becomes the core of the system

This industrial grade, crosslinked polymer/copolymer resin paint is designed to far outperform conventional acrylic paints on masonry, metal, wood, brick, stucco, stone, cinder block and wood buildings.
